I hadn't seen these original manifestos created by George Maciunas for the Fluxus Art Movement before and am captivated by their design and message.

The Flux Art Movement happened between 1961 and 1978. George Maciunas is credited for creating the name and organizing the manifestos. Some of main ideas behind the Fluxus Art Movement were:

  1. Destroy the boundaries between art and life.
  2. Bring art to the masses.
  3. Process of creating is more important than the product.

An important element of the movement was it's quarterly publications. These were delivered  as sculptural, interactive artworks as opposed to traditional text magazines.
