Refund and Policies

Shipping: Artwork sold through Dartily.com will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the order date. If there are any delays they will be communicated via email to the purchaser. Dartily staff will contact purchasers with the shipping date and tracking number.


Refunds for classes and workshops are provided if registration is canceled by student via email (faith@dartily.com) 24 hours before start of class/workshop. Any exceptions (weather/emergencies) will be communicated between both parties via email as soon as possible.


Students may be photographed for Dartily promotional purposes only.


Custom artwork will be shipped after completion and the purchaser will receive the shipping date and tracking number once shipped. For digital downloads a link with the full-resolution version of the image will be available after completion.


Returns: Custom artwork is not eligible for returns or refunds.


Dartily, LLC will accept returned artwork with a refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.


To initiate a return please email faith@dartily.com and include the following information:

Your name

The title of the piece

The date of purchase

The purchase price

The reason for the return

If the art arrived damaged please include a photo of the damage


Dartily will provide a paid shipping label for you to the return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible.


Your refund will be processed when the return has be received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
